Remedial Therapy* is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons and connective tissue of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. It is designed to balance muscle/soft tissue length, tension and tone which will in turn promote the return to normal joint/capsular/bone position and increase the flow of blood and lymph, particularly in the injured areas.
Trigger Point Dry Needling* is a treatment technique whereby a sterile, single use, fine filament needle (acupuncture needle) is inserted into the muscle to assist with decreasing pain and improving function through the restoration of a muscles’ ability to lengthen and shorten optimally by releasing myofascial trigger points.
Myofascial Cupping* is a soft tissue therapy that encourages healing by creating negative pressure (suction) on the skin using plastic or glass cups that pull the underlying tissues/ fascia, blood and other fluids to the surface of the skin. Benefits include; increased circulation, increased joint range of motion, reduced muscle tension and increase connective tissue mobility.

What style of Massage are you after?
Whether you’re after a relaxation massage, a sports massage, a pregnancy massage, your therapist can tailor your session to meet your needs.
Relaxation – is a treatment of therapeutic benefit designed to soothe and relax you, not to relieve chronic pain or other underlying ailments. If you have had a hectic week, enjoy a ‘relaxation massage. The massage involves long smooth gliding strokes that are rhythmical and flowing. Our Relaxation Massage will have you relaxed, refreshed and feeling energised for the day ahead.
Heated Stone Therapy – is a luxurious type of massage using warm basalt and semi- precious stones as an extension of the therapists’ hand. Heat is used to promote circulation and lymph flow, ease muscle tension and promote a deep sense of relaxation.
Sports Massage – If you’re a top athlete or a weekend warrior you’ll love our ‘sports massage‘. In a sports massage we will deliver a sport-specific massage session tailored to your goals, be they to prevent injury, relieve injury, or to relieve after-game soreness. If you are looking for a sports massage consider Remedial Therapy and book in for a Remedial session.
Pregnancy massage – If you’re pregnant and experiencing aches and pains try our ‘pregnancy massage‘. We will help you find a comfortable position, and your therapist will apply a series of techniques to relive your tension and ease the aches and pains.
If you’re getting a massage as part of a treatment plan set by a practitioner, no problem at all- your therapist will communicate with your practitioner to determine the best approach to see you reaching your therapy goals.
